Job Summary
The GS Select Onboarding Specialist role focuses on executing end-to-end onboarding for new securities-based loans, refinances, and savings accounts within Goldman Sachs’ third-party wealth platform. Responsibilities include initiating applications, coordinating term sheets, validating client documentation, managing a high-volume onboarding pipeline, and collaborating with Regional Banking Directors and Service/Operations teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant onboarding while enhancing advisor and client experience. The position requires attention to detail, ability to handle multiple workflows with ownership, and proficiency with Excel and operational systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1–3 years experience in financial services, operations, or client servicing roles
- exposure to lending products, deposit accounts, or onboarding workflows preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and operational systems
- clear and effective written and verbal communication
- high degree of precision with client data and documentation
- strong ability to operate in a team-based, client-centric environment
- ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows in a fast-paced environment
- ability to learn and navigate new platforms and tools
- understanding of risk and control principles
