Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic business plans while identifying opportunities to drive business process efficiencies across the Equities Management team. Synthesize information and generate insights by leveraging data, AI-enabled tools, and workflow automation to streamline recurring processes and improve operating efficiency. Translate complex business problems into scalable solutions that enhance client franchise analysis and improve commercial impact. Engage with global stakeholders and senior management to drive initiatives that shape the practical application of emerging technologies within the firm.
Desired Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in financial services, preferably related to Equities Sales & Trading
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and products
- Strong academic background with demonstrated interest in a diverse set of subject areas
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in applying emerging technologies, including generative AI and agentic workflow tools, to reimagine business processes, enhance client franchise analysis, and improve operating leverage
- Ability to derive creative solutions and adapt to a dynamic and changing organization
- Effective in engaging with global stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects
- Commercial focus, team player, self-motivated, and comfortable operating at the intersection of business strategy, data, and technology
