Job Summary
Cover clients on derivatives' transactions across asset classes and lead direct client interactions in presenting trade ideas, pricing, and executing innovative derivative transactions. Liaise with internal teams including trading, structuring, compliance, and operations to lead infrastructure projects. This Associate role supports the Sales team covering clients primarily across APAP, focusing on selling structured products to Third-Party Distributors such as Securities firms and Private Banks. The position is based out of Hong Kong or Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
- Strong interest in global financial markets & derivative instruments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team orientated player
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in using spreadsheets and preparing presentation material/pitch books
- Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
- Solid work ethic and high levels of motivation
- Ability to communicate with various teams, traders and structurers
- Covering clients on derivatives' transactions across asset classes
- Leading direct client interactions in presenting trade ideas, pricing and executing innovative derivative transactions
- Leading infrastructure projects by liaising with various teams internally (e.g. trading, structuring, compliance, operations, etc.)
- The Role is based out of Hong Kong
