Job Summary
Develop client pricing logic and axes accounting for inventory needs, funding, and capital across developed and emerging markets. Transform large and complex data sets into actionable insights or optimize pricing structures in partnership with trading and funding teams. Design and implement scalable solutions that support client workflows and automate operational processes to streamline engagement and improve decision-making. Build systems and platforms to incentivize optimal asset allocation while identifying new revenue opportunities. Establish partnerships with colleagues across the Global Markets Division and contribute to building Agentic AI solutions for business problems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in a relevant field – Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Physics or Finance
- 2.5 or more years' experience in a quantitative role
- Strong programming skills in C++, Java, Python or equivalent language
- Strong understanding of advanced statistics and probability
- A track record of solving quantitative problems and delivering results in a high-pressure environment
- Ability to work as part of a global team and deliver results quickly and demonstrate initiative
- Practical experience in solving mathematical/statistical/machine learning problems
- Ability and willingness to pick up new business and technical knowledge
- Ability to solve technical problems and explain the underlying ideas to a non-technical audience
