Job Summary
Operational support for physical commodities in the Americas including onboarding of new structured physical transactions, desk support, trade checkouts, and contracts; settlement activities involving payments, invoicing, and reconciliation of structured transactions; creation and review of structured Excel models; daily interaction with Traders, Sales, Technology, Legal, Strategists, and other Functions; provide support to traders, sales and clients around existing transactions and new business; emphasis on risk & control in trade capture, documentation, and settlement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced Excel/VBA macro knowledge
- Strong time management under pressure
- Teamwork skills
- Risk & Control focus
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (Traders, Sales, technology, Legal, Strategists)
