Job Summary
Analyst role in Goldman Sachs Global Banking & Markets Operations, Shenzhen. Support front-to-back trading operations for futures and options in China, including processing, validating, and settling futures transactions. Build relationships with brokers, custodians, and vendors to streamline workflow; lead projects such as new design, architecture transformation, and process automation; act as escalation point to senior Operations managers; serve as conduit to business stakeholders to influence decisions. Require strong attention to detail, ownership of issue resolution, and ability to multi-task under pressure. Must communicate effectively in English and Mandarin; value teamwork and strong client service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Operations from China onshore securities brokers
- SAC qualified or ability to acquire within a short period of hiring
- Attention to detail and good follow up skills
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership of issue resolution
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
