Job Summary
Global Banking & Markets Operations - Corporate Derivatives role in New York requires ownership of front-to-back operational support for the Derivatives Sales desk focusing on interest rate products and FX, including onboarding, post-trade workflows, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include generating and distributing trade recaps, monitoring trade lifecycle events, resolving settlement issues, onboarding electronic dealing lines, and maintaining data integrity across CIP/CDD/KYC regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes rigorous maker-checker validations against risk systems, discrepancy resolution, and revenue tracking. The candidate will assist in client onboarding, prepare client-facing materials using CRM data, and contribute to developing an embedded operations team with growth opportunities. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 7+ years in financial services, advanced Excel skills, and strong communication and attention to detail; familiarity with Bloomberg or internal banking systems is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in financial services; internships in operations, middle office, or sales support are highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables); familiarity with Bloomberg or internal banking systems
