Job Summary
Process, validate, and settle futures transactions in China markets while coordinating with internal and external parties to oversee existing business and implement solutions for new products. Identify gaps in processing to make recommendations, establish relationships with brokers and vendors to streamline workflows, and lead projects such as new business designs and process automation. Act as the escalation point for senior Operations managers on issue resolution and serve as a conduit to business stakeholders for influencing decision-making. Manage pressure by prioritizing multiple daily tasks and ensuring effective follow-up on all operational matters.
Required Qualifications
- Attention to detail and good follow up skills
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership of issue resolution
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve
- Analytical in identifying solutions to problems
- Ability to manage pressure and prioritize multiple tasks daily
- Team-player, excellent communication skills
- Excellent spoken and written English and Mandarin
- 1-6 years of experience working in Operations from China onshore futures brokers
- Understanding of local regulatory and market practice
- China Futures Association qualified
