Job Summary
Execute M&A, equity, and debt transactions for financial institutions across Singapore and Southeast Asia by managing due diligence, preparing marketing and valuation materials, and coordinating with external advisors. Assist in developing client relationships and pitch materials while supporting advisory teams in structuring and delivering full-range financial transactions. Work closely with senior bankers to cover banks, insurance companies, asset managers, and FinTech firms. Requires 1-4 years of investment banking experience and strong analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification
- Minimum of 1-4 years of relevant investment banking, corporate finance, or M&A advisory experience
- Financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
- High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience executing FIG transactions within the Southeast Asia region
- Understanding of financial institution balance sheets, regulatory capital requirements, and valuation methodologies
