Job Summary
Develop and strengthen client relationships by advising on cross-border mergers, structuring initial public offerings, and refinancing bonds. Create and analyze financial models, perform customized company valuation analysis, and organize client presentations explaining industry trends. Lead due diligence processes, coordinate teams of tax advisors and attorneys, and actively participate in negotiations for legal documentation. Assist in structuring transactions across M&A, fixed income, and equity issuances while managing transaction processes. Gain exposure to the firm's businesses to expand knowledge of the investment banking industry and develop key analytical and communications skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years' investment banking or equivalent experience
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
- Strong team orientation
- demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
