Develop and strengthen client relationships by advising on cross-border mergers, structuring initial public offerings, and refinancing bonds. Create and analyze financial models, organize client presentations, and assist in structuring a full range of financial transactions including M&A and fixed income issuances. Coordinate teams of tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers, lead due diligence processes, and participate in negotiations of legal documentation. Maintain client communication while helping structure client transactions to meet their goals. Requires 2-5 years' investment banking experience.
