Job Summary
Join our Consumer Retail Investment Banking team as an Associate, responsible for developing client relationships, participating in advisory teams, and executing financial transactions. Create and analyze financial models, prepare client presentations, manage transaction processes, and assist in structuring transactions. Gain exposure to the firm’s businesses while developing analytical, communication, and marketing skills. Lead due diligence processes and coordinate teams for transactions, fostering a strong apprenticeship culture through ongoing training and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Exceptional work ethic, motivation level and strong attention to detail
- Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in training and mentoring more junior team members
- History of outstanding academic and professional achievement
