Job Summary
Design, implement, and deliver complex cross-divisional technological initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Run steering groups and governance forums to provide transparency on project progress, issues, and timelines. Analyze regulatory demands, mitigate business risks, and manage project risks from inception to completion by developing solutions and mitigants. Facilitate communication across teams, remove impediments at the program level, and ensure the backlog is proactively managed to maximize ROI. Oversee quality assurance testing, develop mitigation plans, and conduct implementation reviews with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field
- Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related role (with a Master's degree)
- Four (4) years of experience in the job offered or a related role (with a Bachelor's degree)
- Two (2) years of experience with business and process analysis for operational and engineering workflows, goals, and metrics
- Four (4) years of experience with business and process analysis for operational and engineering workflows, goals, and metrics
- Experience with project management software tools including Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Projects
- Experience with business intelligence tools including Microsoft Excel Modeling, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Hands on experience in end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope definition, OKR frameworks, identification of cross-functional project dependencies, issue and risk management, status reporting, and User Acceptance Test execution
- Experience with software development methodologies including Agile (Scrum or Kanban) and Waterfall models
