Job Summary
Provide advice on transactions, new products, and business initiatives while developing policies, procedures, and best practices for business units. Support regulatory liaison with the MAS and SGX by keeping up-to-date with relevant regulatory and rule changes, including their analysis and implementation. Participate in regulatory inspections and audits as part of the Global Markets Compliance team covering Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Commodities in Singapore.
Required Qualifications
- Prior compliance, legal, accounting or business (or other relevant) experience involving the securities or financial businesses
- Familiar with Singapore securities or financial markets
- Effective communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to work under pressure
