Job Summary
Executive Director leading the Global Banking Intelligence & Growth Strategy portfolio, partnering with senior leaders to chart enterprise strategy and revenue growth across Commercial & Investment Banking. Role blends internal data, external market signals, and advanced analytics—including AI and large language models—to identify high-value opportunities in areas such as M&A, capital markets, FX, payments, and corporate banking. Responsibilities include leading strategy programs, synthesizing analyses into executive-ready recommendations, guiding initiatives from hypothesis through execution, mentoring teams, and designing coverage models and territory strategies to optimize productivity. Champions responsible AI use cases and translates complex analyses into actionable plans for senior stakeholders. Requires 8+ years in data-driven strategy/analytics, 4+ years of leadership, strong communication, and deep experience in revenue analytics and financial services.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience with a leading management consulting firm, top-tier bank, or private equity firm in data-driven strategy and advanced analytics development
- 4+ years of management experience leading teams across strategic and analytics initiatives
- Proven record driving portfolios of projects or large transformations from inception through execution and change management
- Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication for senior audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across banking and product organizations
- Expertise in revenue analytics, market sizing, total addressable market and wallet modeling, and capital markets data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on experience using large datasets, financial statements, and public filings, including AI/LLM tools for insight generation
- Exceptional skill translating complex analysis into clear recommendations and business outcomes
- Experience in financial services
- Excellent judgment, decision making, prioritization, and multi-tasking in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- MBA or analytics-focused master's degree (preferred)
