Job Summary
Support identification, evaluation, and execution of strategic partnerships and corporate development initiatives, including investments, from diligence through integration. Perform in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and develop points of view for senior leadership. Conduct financial and strategic analyses to inform partnership and investment decisions, preparing detailed presentations for stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives, while supporting negotiation and structuring of agreements. Monitor and report on performance, synthesizing insights to recommend actions that improve outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience in technology, consulting, strategy, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field
- Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, with the ability to translate complex or abstract concepts into clear, actionable recommendations and plans for senior audiences
- Analytical, structured problem-solving approach; able to assess competitive landscapes, recognize patterns, and identify emerging opportunities, including within the fintech ecosystem
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with proven ability to build and manage relationships across cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations) and senior leadership
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Experience with partnership models and/or fintech coverage
