Job Summary
Lead end-to-end execution of lending and trade finance transactions, oversee drafting, negotiation, and execution of facility agreements, security documents, and related legal instruments; manage deal closing including constitutional documents and conditions precedent; liaise with clients, counsel, law firms, facility agents, and internal teams to support bilateral and syndicated facilities; operate within controls, coordinate and lead deal teams, and mentor junior members; contribute to process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining client-focused service and strong stakeholder relationships across regions. Requires 4–6 years in deal execution/transaction management with knowledge of lending/trade finance products and LMA-style documentation; demonstrated leadership; ability to work across APAC/EMEA time zones; strong organizational, written, and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- 4 – 6 years’ experience in deal execution and transaction management, legal documentation, or related fields.
- Knowledge of lending and trade finance products, and associated legal agreements (understanding of LMA style documentation is a plus).
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience mentoring or guiding junior colleagues.
- Ability to work shift hours, as needed, to support APAC or EMEA time zones.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Proactive, confident, and energetic approach; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
