Job Summary
Senior Analyst role in Goldman Sachs Global Banking & Markets Operations – Client Onboarding & Configuration in Hong Kong. Responsibilities include conducting AML checks as part of onboarding, collaborating with Engineering to design system enhancements, working with Compliance on policies, providing timely KYC/account opening guidance, and delivering a control framework to manage operational risk. The position involves client contact, responding to queries, project management from small enhancements to large global programs, maintaining professional communications, timely issue escalation, and regular program meetings to improve workflow and reporting. Mandarin language skills are mandatory, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with an advantage for BI tools (Alteryx, Tableau, RPA, AI) is noted.
