Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of Asset Servicing experience in a global market or securities-related function
- Experience in Asset Servicing operations including event creation, reconciliation, instruction, entitlement distribution
- Strong interpersonal and client service skills
- Ability to lead or collaborate within a regional team and interact with senior stakeholders
- Analytical capabilities and risk-management mindset
- Knowledge of control frameworks and process improvements in financial services
- Willingness to develop management skills and engage across global teams
