Job Summary
Prepare lawyers for virtual interviews and career fairs, review applicant resumes and transcripts, and assist with arrangements for candidate interviews. Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information. Help with strategic planning, implementation, and direction of the firm-wide law school and associate hiring programs, including project events, budget management, staffing, and evaluation. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while interacting effectively with people at all organizational levels. Start employment on Monday, December 14, 2026, and work through Friday, February 26, 2027, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with remote work options available.
