Job Summary
Global Assignment Consultant responsible for coordinating mobility programs and serving as a primary point of contact for Sirva’s customers throughout their relocation journey. Duties include proactive customer outreach to advise on authorized services and policies, adopting and promoting technology enhancements for self-service support, acting as a trusted advisor across mobility services (home purchase, home rental, property management, immigration, temporary living, education, language training, destination services, and related services), understanding customer needs and providing guidance, utilizing digital tools to access policy information, coordinating with supplier partners and internal teams to meet customer needs, ensuring data integrity, and meeting outlined experience metrics and SLAs. The role requires regular training participation and effective communication with clients’ HR contacts, with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timely support. Education requirement includes a high school diploma; a college degree is preferred. This position supports a flexible hybrid working model with Work from Home policies.
