Job Summary

The Global Asset Integrity System Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS), standards, software, and ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations. The role includes optimizing the company’s CMMS, overseeing the global asset register, and defining key performance indicators related to asset integrity. Candidates should have extensive experience in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry, strong leadership and analytical skills, and effectively manage multiple projects and teams. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required.

Required Qualifications

  • 15 years of relevant and practical experience in maintenance and integrity management systems within the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry
  • Minimum 10 years in field maintenance, inspection activities planning and execution
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering discipline (mechanical preferred)
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant international industry codes, standards and practices relevant to asset integrity and maintenance management
  • Experienced and effective problem solver, leading problem-solving teams across functions providing analytical solutions

Desired Qualifications

  • Additional professional qualifications in Maintenance and Integrity Management
  • Experience managing complex global programs including setting goals, vendor management
  • Experience in the development and application of Learning and Development Programs
