Job Summary
Lead global bioprocessing applications strategy and standardize frameworks across the portfolio; identify high-value use cases across the customer lifecycle; serve as a senior scientific leader supporting strategic customers, complex evaluations, and KOL engagement; collaborate with Product Management and commercial teams to translate workflows into differentiated value propositions and enable customer-ready messaging; oversee development of global scientific content (notes, white papers, posters, webinars, conference presentations); manage the Waltham applications lab—hands-on experimental support, lab operations, and inventory coordination; drive thought leadership and cross-functional execution across R&D, product, and commercial teams.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in bioprocessing with hands-on bioprocessing experience
- PhD in Life Sciences strongly preferred
- MS with significant industry experience considered
- Demonstrated leadership in scientific, applications, or technical roles
- Proven ability to present scientific data to technical and executive audiences
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and project leadership capabilities
Desired Qualifications
