Job Summary
Senior leader to define the private infrastructure investment strategy and lead comprehensive due diligence across infrastructure equity, debt, co-investments, secondaries, and primary fund investments. Oversee monitoring and reporting of all infrastructure funds on the GAIS platform, participate as a voting member of the GAIS Multi-Asset Private Markets Investment Committee, engage internal and external stakeholders, and manage a high-performing team. Represent the platform in external engagements (fundraising, media, industry events) to enhance visibility and outcomes. Key skills include leadership of investment strategy, rigorous due diligence, fund monitoring and reporting, stakeholder engagement, strong communication and presentation capabilities, and fiduciary and ethical standards. Preferred advanced degree in finance/economics and evergreen fund investment experience; familiarity with global infrastructure markets and regulatory frameworks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in infrastructure investment management, due diligence, or related roles with leadership track record
- Deep expertise in private infrastructure markets including equity, debt, co-investments, secondaries, and primary fund investments
- Series 7 and Series 63 certifications required
- Experience in fund sourcing, manager relationship management, and investment monitoring
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills and proficiency with operating and valuation models
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for investment reviews and presentations
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, fund managers, and internal teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a history of achieving sustainable results in dynamic environments
- Commitment to integrity, ethics, and fiduciary responsibility
- Experience participating in LPACs, AGMs, and managing fund reporting processes
