Job Summary
Head of Business Management for GAIS within JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management. Oversees the GAIS Business Management Team, partnering with senior leaders to execute strategy, drive transformation, and deliver measurable impact. Manages a team of Business Managers across Hedge Funds, Private Credit, Multi-asset Alternatives, Private Equity, Private Capital, Sales and Distribution. Advises senior leaders, provides analysis and actionable recommendations, leads end-to-end priority projects, represents GAIS in internal/external meetings, and collaborates with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk & Controls, HR, Compliance, Technology, Operations) to drive governance and operating model consistency. Partners with Alts Structuring on Fund and SMA launches, ensures JPM internal requirements are met, and identifies process improvements and controls. Demonstrates leadership, culture-building, and discretion, with the ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years Business Management or equivalent experience
- Excellent team management skills and ability to influence and lead teams across an organization
- Strong understanding of Alternative investments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, transformational and project management skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to execute within a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Confident strategic thinker with solution development skills
