Global Aerospace Engines Manager

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end onboarding of new aerospace engine programs and serve as the global subject matter expert for engine logistics, handling, compliance, and service requirements. Provide oversight of global engine operations across all regions, monitor execution of shipments including AOG and critical scenarios, and act as the escalation point for complex operational issues. Develop and implement global SOPs, procedures, and work instructions to drive standardization in engine handling, documentation, and operational workflows. Support global quoting operations, ensure standardized pricing and margin alignment, and partner with commercial teams to develop competitive solutions. Establish KPIs for engine operations, drive visibility through reporting, and lead initiatives to improve service quality and efficiency. Partner with commercial, operations, shared services, and IT teams to align global processes with system capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12+ years of experience in aerospace or high-value logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of: Aerospace engine handling
- Strong knowledge of: AOG operations
- Strong knowledge of: Airfreight and charter solutions
- Experience with global operations and multi-region coordination
- Proven track record in process standardization and operational governance
- Strong commercial acumen (pricing, quoting, customer solutions)

Desired Qualifications
