Job Summary
Develop and lead global Social Advocacy strategies across Social, Influencer Marketing, and Social Commerce, defining data-driven performance frameworks and KPIs to evaluate initiative impact. Identify emerging trends, creator ecosystems, and content formats, translating them into innovative strategies that increase influence, share of voice, and commercial impact. Develop strategic recommendations and action plans for clients, partnering with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities and translate business challenges into impactful solutions. Integrate strategy and creativity across the Group's brands, ensuring cultural relevance and innovation while supporting multidisciplinary teams in developing capabilities. Stay ahead of industry developments, consumer behaviors, and emerging platforms to bring fresh perspectives into global strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience developing Social, Advocacy, Influencer Marketing, or Social Strategy for large accounts and brands
- Proven experience translating business and brand objectives into data-driven social and advocacy strategies
- Strong understanding of Social Advocacy as a discipline, including Social, Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, and Social Commerce
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and managing senior stakeholders, clients, agencies, and external partners
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and insights into actionable recommendations
- High level of creativity, adaptability, and curiosity, with a strong understanding of emerging social and cultural trends
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills
- Native Spanish and English full working proficiency (verbal and written)
