Job Summary
Global Advertising Campaign Strategy, AVP, supports the development and execution of integrated paid media campaigns across the U.S., Japan, and international markets. The role partners with creative agencies and internal teams to translate business priorities into clear creative and channel guidance, shape creative work from brief through production, and drive mid- and lower-funnel activation. It requires strong writing and briefing skills, executive communication, and the ability to synthesize audience insights with channel performance to inform strategy. The candidate should bring 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative or brand strategy, and be adept at collaborating with cross-functional partners and agency teams, including leveraging AI-enabled workflows for scalable creative development. The duties described are not exhaustive and may evolve. The position is located in New York, with in-person requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, creative strategy, brand strategy, integrated marketing, or agency strategy roles
- Experience coordinating with creative agencies and internal teams
- Ability to translate audience insight and brand priorities into clear creative briefs and campaign strategy documents
- Strong writing and briefing skills
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience shaping work from brief through production with agency and cross-functional partners
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve workflows and adapt strategies based on AI trends
