Job Summary
Global Accounts Payable Manager responsible for end-to-end AP and T&E across Strava and Runna, leading a distributed team from Dublin; own procure-to-pay, SOX readiness, implement AI/automation, build AP dashboards, drive P2P improvements, ensure AP data quality and close readiness using ZipHQ, Mesh Payments, and Navan; deliver cross‐functional process transformation and controls in a hybrid Dublin-based role with three on-site days/week.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years experience owning an AP function end-to-end at global or multinational company
- proven track record of fixing procurement or P2P process
- experience with AP GL accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and accruals
- experience building AP metrics and dashboards from scratch
- hands-on experience with ZipHQ or equivalent, Navan, and corporate card management (Mesh, Ramp, Brex, Concur)
- experience managing a distributed team across geographies/timezones
- exposure to SOX compliance and IPO readiness in AP/finance ops
- experience with AI or automation tooling in finance context is a plus
- multi-entity, multi-currency AP experience spanning EMEA and US
