Global Accounting Hub Manager

Oversee global accounting operations and provide GAAP-compliant accounting guidance across business units. Analyze financial results and prepare external reporting deliverables (10-Q/10-K) with detailed support and footnote disclosures. Partner with Finance, Ops, and business units to ensure successful month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations; manage relationships across Financial Planning, Tax, Purchase to Pay, Treasury, and Global Strategic Sourcing. Support SOX/internal controls and audits, including documenting and testing controls and driving remediation actions. Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to streamline the close process, leveraging tools such as UiPath, Power BI, Anaplan, Tableau, MS Teams, Smartsheet, and DocuSign. Manage special initiatives like expansions, acquisitions/divestitures, and financial system implementations; coordinate with External Services vendors, and participate in governance meetings to monitor status and delivery of activities and projects.
