Job Summary
Global Account Manager at Singtel responsible for building and maintaining CXO-level relationships with global accounts, serving as the primary client contact, identifying growth opportunities (upselling/cross-selling), developing strategic account plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, leading contract and pricing negotiations, addressing issues impacting client satisfaction, and achieving sales KPIs. Requires 5+ years in sales/account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of ICT/telecommunications, and leadership capabilities. Singapore-based, full-time role.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree with 5 or more year in sales experience
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in a global context
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of ICT and telecommunications preferred
- Sales-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Possess strong leadership skills to guide and influence teams and clients effectively
