Job Summary

Global Account Manager in EMEA focused on high-velocity direct sales for large-scale OEMs and System Integrators. The role involves hunting new global accounts, building and managing a high-volume sales pipeline, partnering with Field Applications Engineers and Product teams to craft custom sensor programs, and driving revenue growth through long-term supply agreements. Responsibilities include active prospecting, opportunity execution, lifecycle oversight (including EOL), market intelligence, and coordinating with Territory Managers. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Business, 5+ years of direct sales/account management, strong English communication, and ~50% travel. Remote-based role with alignment to Northern Germany (Hannover), France, Spain, the UK, or neighboring European regions.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of direct sales and account management experience
  • Quota performance in fast-paced technology environment
  • Self-driven personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business with working knowledge of 3D machine vision products
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel ~50%
