Job Summary
Global Account Manager for employee benefits, fully remote role on the Sales Team managing a diverse SMB to mid-market book, renewals, service, and cross-sell opportunities. Build and maintain broker and employer client relationships, collaborate with carrier partners and TPAs, conduct enrollment meetings, stay compliant with US healthcare renewals, and contribute to documentation and reporting. Requires 3+ years in account management or related roles, 3 years in US health insurance or employee benefits, and a Life & Health license or ability to obtain one. Travel up to 25%. Salary range: $60,000–$80,000. Location: Bellevue, WA HQ referenced, but role is fully remote.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College degree in any field; equivalent combination of education and/or experience considered
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Account Manager or Account Coordinator
- 3 years’ experience specializing in US health insurance or employee benefits
- Must have or be willing and able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license in their state of residence
