Job Summary
Global Account Manager responsible for driving client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, manage client accounts, build and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and internal peers, and provide tailored service recommendations. Coordinate system user setup and deliver training on client-facing platforms (including web-based payroll, reporting tools, LMS, and service applications). Proactively identify at-risk clients and lead retention efforts with internal teams and consultants. Partner with Global Client Operations to enhance the employee experience and drive process improvements. Lead and facilitate client meetings to review account performance, address escalations, and resolve complex issues. Support accurate and timely client payroll processing, ensure compliance and efficiency. Monitor, track, and report operational performance metrics; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities; identify gaps in client processes and recommend solutions, including adoption of new products/services. Manage and escalate client issues through appropriate channels and coordinate benefit-related inquiries, renewals, and administrative fees. Provide payroll tax guidance and ensure compliance with state jurisdictions. Coordinate with third-party vendors to support service delivery and act as on-site support when team members are traveling or unavailable. Regular on-site attendance is essential for secure access and collaboration. Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure effective communications and services for clients. Attend webinars and training to stay up-to-date on best practices. Complete projects and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- College Degree required or 4+ years of PEO, ASO, HCM, EOR, multistate experience preferred or equivalent combination of experience, skills, education
- 3 to 4 years of experience in a customer service role preferred
- Previous experience in account management, PEO, EOR, payroll, taxes, benefits, or human resources is a plus
- Experience in Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated ability to learn other applications as needed
