Job Summary
The Global Account Manager for Bilfinger Industries is responsible for driving global business growth and strengthening strategic customer relationships, along with developing techno‐commercial offerings across various countries. You will develop account plans, analyze customer structures, build relationships, identify growth opportunities, support product development, and ensure alignment with ethical standards and business conduct.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in engineering or business administration or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in industrial services industry
- Proven experience developing and directing the implementation of key strategic initiatives and projects across multiple geographies and business units
Desired Qualifications
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Experience leading indirect teams in a matrix organization
- 3–5 years of Key Account Management experience preferred
- Ability to identify market needs and convert them into viable business opportunities
- Strong commercial understanding and experience with complex negotiations
- Excellent influencing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial and business acumen
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable managing ambiguity and organizational change
