Job Summary
Global Account Management Specialist providing account administration and customer support for nonprofit clients globally. Responsibilities include verifying nonprofit status for donor organizations, qualifying applicants to receive product donations, responding to inquiries via email and chat, assisting with product research/navigation on TechSoup sites, providing basic technical support for products, and participating in meetings to enhance knowledge and efficiency. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, ability to work under pressure, adherence to attendance policies, and capability to work independently or with others. Role is USA time-based with a typical 7am-4pm PST schedule and prefers an associate degree or equivalent experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- At least one year of experience in a high-volume customer service center responding to calls and emails highly desirable
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Application Suite and CRM or other database systems
- Familiarity with standard computer hardware and Internet navigation proficiency
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of technology products preferred
- Excellent customer service orientation and punctuality
