Global Account Director

Job Summary
Act as the primary relationship owner for assigned global accounts, leading strategic account planning to uncover new business opportunities and identify additional revenue streams. Cultivate executive-level relationships with supermajor energy clients to align Katalyst's data management solutions with their digital transformation priorities. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless execution, while monitoring performance metrics and maintaining internal reporting. Negotiate contracts, represent the company at industry events, and prepare presentations for client and internal meetings. This full-time role requires Monday through Friday hours, international travel, and a background in oil and gas data management.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of subsurface oil and gas data, including seismic and well data
- A minimum of 10 years of successful sales experience within the oil and gas industry and/or data management services
- Strong understanding of E&P data management practices
- Willingness and Ability to travel internationally as needed
- Bachelor's Degree or Technical Diploma in relevant field is preferred
