Job Summary
Global Account Director- GSI Partnerships to drive revenue growth through Uniphore’s relationships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators. Own deals end-to-end, carry an individual quota, and lead multi-million-dollar joint pursuits with GSI partners. Lead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close, craft value-based business cases for executives, negotiate complex agreements, and manage senior-level relationships with GSI sales leaders. Collaborate with Marketing on co-branded campaigns, align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions meet customer needs, and work with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion of GSI-driven deployments. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting within Salesforce and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
- Proven success in GSI/BPO partnerships and co-sell motions
- Quota attainment track record in complex solution selling
- Executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders at GSIs and customers
- Experience cross-functional with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success
