Global Account Analyst

Job Summary
Global Account Analyst responsible for the lifecycle of customer orders, including account setup, order entry, price setup, documentation, and execution of customer contractual agreements. Acts as liaison between Leprino’s cross-functional departments and customers domestically and internationally within cheese and nutrition Global Business Units, delivering world-class customer service and managing issues such as invoice discrepancies, late deliveries, quality concerns, and pricing inquiries. Performs root-cause analysis, identifies cost savings opportunities, and supports activities related to export documentation, pricing quotations, and order management using technologies like EDI and RPA; collaborates with multiple departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Master Degree with 3+ years relevant experience (or 0-2 years with Master Degree)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
