Job Summary
Global Account Analyst role supporting global customer accounts across Leprino’s dairy businesses, managing a high-volume portfolio of orders (setup to delivery) and ensuring accuracy from pricing to shipment details. Responsibilities include entering orders in systems, preparing domestic and international shipment documentation, resolving order/invoice discrepancies with cross-functional teams, supporting contract execution and account maintenance, reviewing customer feedback, aiding global trade compliance (export documentation, AES filings), and providing coverage as part of a collaborative team to deliver excellent service. Requires a bachelor’s degree, fundamental order-management/logistics knowledge, SAP familiarity, and the ability to participate in after-hours rotations. Preference for a master’s degree, ERP experience (SAP), prior order-management/trade-compliance exposure, and professional Spanish skills. Offer includes base salary with a 5% target bonus, comprehensive benefits, and 401(k) plan.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Business, or a related field
- Foundational understanding of order management or logistics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Genuine curiosity about global operations, documentation, and customer management systems like SAP
- Availability for limited after-hours support rotations when needed to maintain global service continuity
