Job Summary
Conduct safe operations of the Global 6000 aircraft by reviewing maintenance status, performing pre-flight inspections per the Aircraft Flight Manual, and checking weather and facility conditions along routes and alternate airports. Ensure flights comply with Solairus Aviation policies and Federal Aviation Regulations while safeguarding passengers, aircraft, and crew. Accurately complete all trip paperwork according to current procedures. Maintain on-call availability for international procedures training and hold a first-class medical. Primary residence must be within a two-hour drive from KSJC or the candidate must be willing to relocate.
Required Qualifications
- Total time = 3000 hours
- PIC = 1500 hours
- MEL = 1500 hours
- MEL PIC = 500 hours
- Time in Turbo Jet = 500 hours
- Instrument = 250 hours
- Type rated on Global 6000 or comparable aircraft
- First class medical required
- Must be able to work on an on-call basis
- Must be able to complete ICAO International procedures training annually
- Primary residence within a 2 hour drive from KSJC or willing to relocate
