Job Summary
As the Pilot in Command (PIC) for the Global 6000, you will ensure the safe and compliant operation of the aircraft, overseeing flight preparation and execution. Key responsibilities include managing crew coordination, conducting pre-flight planning, leading crew resource management, and providing exceptional passenger service. Candidates must possess a minimum of 5000 total flight hours, including 2500 hours as PIC, along with an ATP certificate and a First-Class Medical Certificate. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and proven leadership skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5000 total flight hours
- 2500 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC)
- 2500 hours multi-engine land, with 1500 hours as multi-engine PIC
- 2000 hours in turbine aircraft and 500 hours instrument time
- Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with multi-engine land rating required
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate required
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit preferred
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Bombardier Global aircraft is highly desirable
- Type-rated on the Global 6000 (BD-700) is highly desirable
- Mountain flying experience, such as flying in Aspen, CO (KASE) is highly desirable
- Previous experience in Part 135 operations is highly desirable
