Job Summary
Support the district mission by following board policies, enforcing student codes of conduct, and fostering a safe learning environment. Assist small groups or individual students, including those with disabilities, by managing mobility needs, personal hygiene, and equipment preparation. Submit records, reports, and correspondence while communicating with administrators, parents, and staff. Report suspected child abuse immediately and maintain confidentiality of privileged information. Participate in after-school programs and perform other job-related duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Meets all legally mandated health requirements
- Provides documented evidence of a clear criminal record as required by law
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Permit appropriate for the assignment
- Ability to physically manage students with disabilities
- Must be able to work during the evening/weekends
