Job Summary
Supervise and manage a group of 10–20 elementary students independently, overseeing the full program duration from 12pm to 6pm. Prepare daily activities and materials, facilitate enrichment and tutoring lessons using provided curriculum, and support students during homework time. Maintain accurate attendance records, distribute snacks, and coordinate safe student dismissal with parents. Engage with students to foster a positive learning environment and assist with bathroom needs. Work Monday through Friday with consistent weekly shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Childcare experience
- Great at working with kids
- Comfortable working in a classroom or playground setting
- Clear FBI-DOJ background check
- Negative TB Test Result
- Ability to assist with bathroom assistance
