Oversee the technical management of the SPAR Croatia headquarters building, ensuring uninterrupted operation of all systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. Coordinate regular maintenance, manage external contractors, and track equipment status while organizing cleaning services and waste removal. Maintain fire safety and access control systems, ensuring compliance with legal standards and emergency plans. Lead administrative tasks such as budget planning, contract management, and energy efficiency projects. Support staff with infrastructure requests and assist in office relocation efforts.
