Glass Manufacturing Shift Supervisor (Hot End)

Monitor mechanical, visual, and informational system checks to ensure quality and productivity while reviewing shift operations for continuous improvement. Delegate assignments to work groups, coach employees, and manage administrative duties including time records, production reports, and safety investigations. Maintain focus on plant goals, safety, and labor relations within a collaborative union environment. Must work a rotating schedule. Requires glass manufacturing experience and ability to supervise in a manufacturing setting.
