Job Summary
Install custom frameless glass shower enclosures with precision, working in two-person teams to complete on-site installations while safely lifting and maneuvering panels up to 100 lbs. Engage respectfully with customers to explain the work, apply caulking for seamless finishes, and maintain clean work areas while adhering to safety standards. Use drills, levels, suction cups, and measuring tapes to deliver the final touch on high-end home renovations. Full-time hours Monday through Friday with skill-based pay progression from installer to installation manager.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to add/subtract fractions and use a tape measure accurately
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for long periods
- Team-oriented with pride in craftsmanship and detail
- Willing to follow directions, ask questions, and continuously improve
- Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
- Must be able to lift and carry glass panels weighing up to 100 lbs
- Regularly required to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and squat for extended periods
- Comfortable working in small, enclosed bathroom spaces
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday [7:30 am – 4:30 pm, with extended availability and overtime available]
- Successful candidates will undergo a background check, driving record review, and drug test upon hire
- We also participate in E-Verify
Desired Qualifications
- Background in carpentry, tile, drywall, remodeling, plumbing, or general handyman work is a plus
- Experience in one or more trades: carpentry, tile, drywall, or plumbing
- Understanding of construction finishing or remodeling
- Familiarity with levels, caulking techniques, and power tools
- Previous experience working in residential job sites or customer-facing roles
