Job Summary
Measure, cut, polish, and prepare glass products for custom shower enclosures, mirrors, and specialty residential applications. Read work orders, specifications, and drawings to ensure fabrication matches customer requirements. Inspect products throughout production to maintain accuracy, consistency, and premium quality. Safely operate cutting, polishing, and material-handling equipment while organizing glass materials to minimize waste and protect finished goods. Identify production concerns early and collaborate with the team to develop solutions. Maintain an orderly shop environment and care for all equipment to ensure a safe, efficient workspace. Complete fabrication work with attention to detail while adhering to production schedules.
