Job Summary
Ensure all lodgings and public areas are kept clean and according to standards, delivering excellent quality linen cleaning, folding, and inventory using industrial laundry machines. Strip, reset, and set-up glamping tents according to housekeeping standards while assisting with guest check-ins through reservation software. Clean bathroom and shower facilities, maintain grounds around camp, and model the Scout Oath and Law in daily interactions. Perform additional duties assigned by SBR leadership and maintain a clean, organized, inspected, neat, and safe work area. Work 45-55 hours daily, standing, walking, and hiking up to 8 hours with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18+
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Willing to become a registered Scouting America member (includes background screening)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Teams for daily work-related communication
- Ability to stand, walk, and hike up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Complete the Annual Health and Medical Record, including height/weight guidelines
