Job Summary
GL Reporting Analyst/Accountant Analyst to support general accounting and reporting within Finance Shared Services. Responsibilities include general ledger activities (journal entries, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations), supporting month-end/quarter-end/year-end close, accurate posting of entries in ERP, preparing reconciliations, maintaining audit trails, ensuring internal controls and SOX compliance, and assisting with financial reporting and analysis. Collaborates with PTP, OTC, Treasury and Tax functions, supports ad-hoc requests, and uses ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Maconomy). Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, experience in RTR, intercompany reconciliations, IFRS and Spanish GAAP exposure, strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and bilingual English/Spanish communication. Hybrid work arrangement with teams in the office ~four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in an accounting or RTR role
- Experience performing intercompany reconciliations
- Fluency in English and Spanish
